What is the Awakened Relationship Society?

The Awakened Relationship Society (ARS) is a membership that combines practical relationship education, weekly live group coaching, a private community, and directed tools to help people build the skills healthy love requires. It is relationship education and coaching — not therapy, medical treatment, or a diagnosis. ARS is LGBTQ+ affirming and celebratory of every consensual relationship style, including monogamous, polyamorous, and consensually non-monogamous relationships.

ARS was founded by Harmony Woodington, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Relationship Strategist with more than a decade of coaching experience helping people build healthier relationships. Learn more on the About Harmony Woodington page.

Who the Awakened Relationship Society is for

ARS serves people across five relationship seasons. Each path has its own three-video learning journey and personalized next step:

Path A — Choose Better Before You Attach

Season: Single or Dating.

Stop bonding to potential and choose partners from self-trust. Recognize the attachment-to-potential pattern, build boundary clarity, and learn to evaluate real compatibility before attaching.

Videos: A1 Stop Bonding to Potential · A2 Knowledge Is Not the Same as Self Trust · A3 Fit, Truth, and the Next Move.

Path B — Repair and Reconnect

Season: Partnered and Stuck.

Break the fight loop, regulate your nervous system, and learn structured repair. This path includes a private relationship safety check before the first video, because repair education requires basic safety to work.

Videos: B1 The Fight Is Not Only About the Words · B2 Regulate, Repair, Reconnect · B3 Safety Comes Before Relationship Skills.

Path C — Heal and Rebuild

Season: Heartbroken, Separating, or Rebuilding.

Rebuild self-trust after heartbreak, betrayal, or separation. Process grief without self-blame and restore trust in your own judgment and choices.

Videos: C1 Heartbreak Can Take Your Self Trust · C2 Rebuilding Is a Practice · C3 Fit, Scope, and Your First Thirty Days.

Path D — Deepen and Expand

Season: In a Basically Healthy Relationship & Wanting More.

Deliberately deepen intimacy, play, and shared vision. Healthy relationships stay great through deliberate care — you do not need to be in crisis to benefit.

Videos: D1 Good Love Still Needs Deliberate Care · D2 Build Intimacy on Purpose · D3 This Is Not Only for a Crisis.

Path E — Define Love Your Way

Season: Exploring Identity, Sexuality, or Relationship Structure.

Explore love with consent, honesty, and skill — no rigid boxes. Explicitly LGBTQ+ affirming and celebratory of every consensual relationship style, including monogamy, polyamory, and ethical non-monogamy.

Videos: E1 Your Love Is Not Wrong Because It Does Not Fit a Box · E2 Exploration Needs Consent, Skill, and Protection · E3 No Pressure, No Hierarchy, No Shame.

What membership includes

You do not need to consume everything at once. You need the right next step for the relationship challenge you are facing. Membership includes:

Annual members also receive the Annual Bonus Vault: the 30 Day Self Love Challenge, the Redefining Yourself exercise, and five additional foundational exercises. The Self Love Challenge is an Annual-only bonus — it is not part of the standard monthly membership.

Your first thirty days inside the Society

  1. Complete the 30 Day Alignment Accelerator to assess the 13 core traits that support a healthy romantic relationship.
  2. Use your results to identify the single pattern or relationship skill that deserves attention first, and create a clear goal for your first thirty days.
  3. Introduce yourself in the private forum, sharing only what feels comfortable.
  4. Attend your first weekly group coaching session or watch a recent replay.
  5. Choose one relevant lesson from the Education Vault and apply its tools to a real situation.
  6. Notice what is changing and bring your questions and experiences back into coaching and the community.

You will not be dropped into a giant library and expected to figure it out yourself. An optional private two-hour Alignment Session with Harmony is available as a separate purchase — it is not included with every membership.

Is ARS therapy?

No. ARS is relationship education and coaching. It is not therapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, emergency services, legal advice, or a substitute for domestic violence services. It complements therapy but is not a medical, psychological, or diagnostic service. If fear, coercion, control, threats, stalking, sexual pressure, or violence are present, relationship education is not the right first step — visit the Safety & Support Resources page.

Who should not join

ARS is not for people in an active crisis, people who need emergency or medical care, or people who want Harmony to tell them whether to stay or leave. It is for people willing to reflect, practise, take responsibility, learn skills, and apply what they learn.
